Jaco Coetzer, founder of Prospect Property and qualified Architect with 10+ years experience in the construction industry.
Jaco obtained his masters degree at the University of the Free State and started his career at an architectural firm in Windhoek, Namibia where he worked for 5 years before moving abroad and eventually settled in South Africa, Western Cape.
Jaco's experienced in mixed-use developments, line shop developments, high-end residential and commercial projects.

At our Client's request we conduct inspections of properties as far as reasonably possible and compile a checklist based report on various elements of the property. The report will be shared digitally with the Client within an agreed period of time to enable Clients to make swift and informed decisions.
